Feature: Harmless, no toxin. Cancel drying process. Conform to SGS.
Pellet: Grey. Very hard (unable to break granule to piece by finger).
Method of usage: Same as use color masterbatch.
Adding ratio (weight basis):
0.5-5%. Depend on moisture of resin.
Weight of moisture absorbed = 20% weight of desiccant masterbatch, reference only.
Validity:
If well-packed, valid within 6-12months after production date.
If expose pellet in open air, valid within minimal 48hours.
If invalid (pellet becomes fully white from surface to center), then not use.
Depend on weather and environment, reference value may change.
Use up the sooner the better.
Warning:
If unstable quality, then unstable dispersion may block filter-sieve mesh,and plastic surface may appear solid spot, which is not melt well.
